Justin is partner blogger on the Bond Appetit website. He has lost 180 lbs in the last year and has changed his perspective on food as well as the lens he sees the world through. Justin was told that he would never walk without a cane again and he talks to us about how he battled depression and the odds of staying alive from a car crash to be the best version of himself.

I am a huge Justin fan. I love what he does and the kind of person he is. Justin used to weight as much as a lioness at one stage, and his before and after pictures are amazing.

In this episode we talk about:

  • His story and how he has turned his life around
  • Justin tells us all the complications that he has had to deal with it by being so heavy
  • About gun control and how our views differ ever so slightly
  • Rhonda Barth Layton and what she has done for him
