Sally Symonds is originally from a cattle property, but her diverse background also includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature, a Master of Arts, an Associate in Speech and Drama Australia, and a Licentiate in Speech and Drama Australia. In 2002 Sally was awarded the Rhoda Felgate Memorial Scholarship enabling her to study accents and dialects with the legendary Bill Pepper, Head of Voice at NIDA in Sydney.While dedicated to her degrees and the study of language Sally found herself at a fork in the road, when she was rejected from a promotion at work. This was one of the key pivotal moments in her life, changing career and changing her life.
The second transformation came when Sally lost 50% of her body weight and has been able to keep it off for over 12 years. This is something that only 4% of dieters are able to say. Sally took this event in her life, and has since used it to support and encourage others to do the same in their life. Now focused on fitness and health, Sally is also a qualified personal trainer, wellness coach and NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming) practitioner. Sally has used her expertise to establish herself as the highly regarded corporate consultant for success, motivation and work-life balance that she is today.

What foods to avoid
I don’t eat butter much. When I started loosing weight I started spending more time in the super market rather than the gym, because I spent more time focusing on what is good for me, rather than just looking at the brand. Generally chips, sodas, and things like that.
