Vinnie Tortorich (born September 27, 1962), is an author, radio and podcast host, fitness trainer, and model based in Beverly Hills, California.
Diagnosed with leukaemia in July 2007, he continued to train for marathon cycling events. He has been in a long-term relationship with actress Serena Scott Thomas.
In 2012, he started the “Angriest Trainer” podcast with co-host Anna Vocino, who was best known for the self-improvised show “Free Radio” on Comedy Central. as a personal trainer is working with Hollywood celebrities and Ironman triathletes.
In July 2013 Vinnie released his second book called “Fitness Confidential“. The book was written with Dean Lorey and covers Vinnie’s career as a personal trainer, as well as his “no sugar no grains” approach to eating healthily.

It goes back to 3-4 years old and having breakfast with Bacon, Eggs and Grits. Vinnie grew up eat deep fried catfish and frog legs.
He goes out everyday. Runs or cycles for an hour and a half.

Vinnie’s granddad if he had to choose someone that has passed on. But, for people alive, he would like to have dinner with Howard Stern at his house.

Good southern fried chicken, southern fried catfish, really good onion rings, fried frog legs, Ruth Chris Steak sizzling, and a soufflé for dessert.
