Angela is the founder of Teapot Health Coaching. Angela Jackson is an Exercise Scientist, Western Herbal Medicine Practitioner and a Certified Health Coach. She helps women to lower their cholesterol naturally, through healthy lifestyle changes, self nurture and natural therapies. After seven years at University and eight years working in Corporate Wellness, Ange has worked with thousands of people to improve their heart risk factors with a healthy lifestyle. She saw all the struggles, all the excuses, all the things that worked and didn’t work.
For Angela the big focus is to reduce inflammation in the body. Inflammation she says is caused through various ways including stress and food. We go into detail about inflammation, how its caused, how to detect it and if there are symptoms you can use to diagnose it.

Do you have a clean eating diet plan?
Yes. I use the 90-10 rule. I eat good healthy food 90% of the time. And for the rest of the time, I eat anything.
