Goa-doodle-do Choriza Frittata

Chorizo Fritatta

According to Wikipedia, A Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette or crustless quiche, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables or pasta. The word frittata is derived from Italian and roughly translates to “egg-cake”.

So at Goa-doodle-do, we took the original “egg-cake” recipe and made it just a little spicy and a little bit Goan by adding Goan Chorizo.

The recipe for the Racheado Paste can be found here.
