These are the healthiest, guilt free cookies you can snack on, and they are easy to make too.
2-3 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut meal
1/2 cup almond meal
65 ml/3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 – 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup walnuts/pecans/macadamias
dried dates (optional)
1 – 1 1/2 cup raisins
- Mix the oats, coconut meal, almond meal, salt, cinnamon powder, nuts, dates, raisins in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the bananas, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients together until it nice and consistent.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 360 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
