She created candidadietplan.com to share how she overcame her own debilitating health issues with help of wholesome food, a positive mind set & natural remedies. In the past four years she has been helping over 2000 people transition to a healthier, sugar free lifestyle.
She encourages people never to give up hope, and to empower them to take their health into their own hands even if the conventional health system has failed them.
She is the author of the bestselling book “The Candida Diet Solution – Cure Candida in 4 Simple Steps” which teaches people step by step how to re-build their immune system with help of diet and nutritional supplements.
Her popular health transformation cookbook “Sugar Free & Easy Candida Diet Recipes” includes an easy to follow 4 week meal plan that hundreds of people have already used to effortlessly lose weight and boost their immune system.
